Must be 10 peer reviewed scholarly sources.

For this project, I must discuss a legal issue within Sports and elaborate on it. For this my topic, I chose to discuss Sexual Assault on woman within Sports. Below I will attach the document with the instructions. Must be 10 peer reviewed scholarly sources. (Title Page, Abstract and Reference list do not count as pages) Remember this is for Grad school and not undergrad!

If this needs to be adjusted, please let me know.

• The students are required to submit the presentation video (10 min Max),
and PowerPoint slide that you are presenting to the client.
• Export Tableau worksheet and/or dashboard and paste on PPT
• Should submit PDF outcomes from jamovi for the inferential statistics
I would do the video presentation from information
I have to submit a PDF along with video I would do.
I am guessing on the number of pages and power point slides. If this needs to be adjusted, please let me know.

Please provide a minimum of three (3) references for the outline, and a minimum of one (1) paragraph for each of the following headings below:
Overview of the Facility (hypothetical APUS arena)
Risk Reduction Matrix
Risk Solution Matrix
Identify Ten (10) Specific Risks (Any facility will have hundreds of risks associated with it. You are only required to address ten.)
Indicate Indemnification
Waivers
Narrative Regarding Risk Reduction Procedures
Personnel Management
Emergency Procedures
ADA Compliance
Crowd Management Plan
Conclusion/Summary
References
Final Project info to base the outline from. I will you use your writer ID to write to final project paper in the near future. Thanks!

You have just been hired as the hypothetical Facility Manager at “American Military/Public University Arena” in Charles Town, West Virginia. The arena seats 65,000 and is used as a multipurpose facility to host events in college and professional basketball, football, and hockey. This is a newly structured arena. As the Facility Manager, you have been asked to develop a Risk Analysis Plan.
Some type of creativity is required. Photos are required. These must be in color and embedded in the text. If you are not certain how to “wrap the text” around the photos I suggest you learn by researching the Internet and looking up tutorials to accomplish this task.
This paper will be evaluated for thoroughness in identifying risks and planning risk reduction strategies. Error on the side of providing “too much” detail rather than not enough. The final paper should be something you could actually use if you were out in the real world. This is supposed to be a Risk Analysis, NOT a report about Risk Management OR a report about a sport facility. Make certain you understand the difference!
Required Format: You need to make certain that all of these are included to receive full points. Failure to include these items will result in a reduction depending on the quality.
A. Title Page
B. Table of Contents. Should be organized and comprehensive.
C. Main Section
1. Overview of the facility’s operation (minimum of 500 words, approximately 2 pages) with a brief descriiption of the following:
a. What services are provided?
b. If more than one type of facility exists what facilities are being analyzed (i.e., parking garage)?
c. Who are the stakeholders? For example, type of personnel, number of spectators/participants, etc.
d. How many clients are serviced?
e. Personnel used for risk management.
2. Risk Reduction Matrix. This is the main part of the analysis. This section will usually include 1-2 pages of matrices the rest explaining the reduction techniques. Photos with appropriate captions are a requisite for this section (approximately 2-4 pages).
. Identify TEN (10) specific risks. These should be either risks you identified as facility manager, or those that you recognize will be there due to your knowledge gleaned from this class. Identify both a financial treatment and a reduction treatment for each risk in your matrix.
a. Your matrix needs classify each risk: Severity & frequency (high, medium, low)
b. Use an additional matrix to decide whether to transfer or retain financial risks. Indicate how risk will be transferred (i.e. insurance, independent contractor, indemnification clause)
c. Use waivers. Provide at least one your facility uses. Be sure and cite where it came from.
d. Use key words for reduction of risks (i.e. supervisory plan, inspections, in-service education plan)
e. Any type of facility will have hundreds of risks associated with it. You are required to cover only 10.
3. Risk Solution Matrix for your chosen risks.
4. Narrative regarding risk reduction procedures (approximately 3 pages).
. Personnel management
a. Make sure your facility utilizes miscellaneous personnel policies such as drug testing, anti-smoking.
b. Discuss the facility’s sexual harassment policy. Provide an example of one.
5. Discuss the facility’s emergency procedures. These should be generalprocedures for dealing with accidental bodily injuries, natural phenomena, and behavioral problems, not specific first aid procedures.
. Include a sample accident report form. Provide one that is sufficient (give citation).
6. Discuss the crowd management plan this facility has.
D. Compliance with the ADA (minimum of 500 words, approximately 2 pages)
1. Include a link the the ADA Checklist as an Appendix.
E. Conclusion/Summary (minimum of 500 words, approximately 2 pages)
1. Comprehensive conclusion or summary is needed; not a couple of short paragraphs thrown together.
F. References
1. Must be done in correct APA format.
G. Appendices
1. Any forms used, i.e. inspection checklists, participation agreements, rental agreements, lease agreements, waivers, accident report forms, ADA Checklist etc. For the ADA Checklist Appendix, feel free to include a hyperlink rather than including all pages in your Analysis.
2. The appendixes should be discussed in order; first is Appendix A; then Appendix B etc.
3. Appendices should be paginated; need a title page for each

What were the similarities in rules for girls and boys for the chosen sports?

In chapter 4, Schultz discusses gender and sport. She specifically discusses rule differences in sports and how they reflected gendered differences in sport. She cites numerous examples from the history of sport.
A number of sports have different rules for men and women, and they are “gendered” when the differences relate to dominant ideas about masculinity and femininity (p. 44).
She cites numerous examples from the history of sport that shows how sports developed in very different ways for women compared to men since the late 1800s in the United States.
Task: After completing the Unit 3 reading, conduct research on sports that were played at the high school that you attended. Pick 3 sports that were played both by the girls and boys at the high school that you attended. After picking the sports, conduct some research on the rules of those sports. You can conduct an internet search of the rules of the sports in which you chose. Cite any website that you use to respond to the questions. You may use an official interscholastic sport website. For example, if you attended high school in California, you can look at the California Interscholastic Federation Website https://www.cifstate.org/landing/index
Rules may be behind a paywall. However, you should be able to complete the assignment without purchasing any rule book. Please let me know if you are having trouble.
In a Word doc, list the following information:
List the three sports that you chose
What website(s) did you use to conduct you research?
Write 250-300 that responds to the following:
What were the similarities in rules for girls and boys for the chosen sports?
What were the differences in rules for girls and boys for the chosen sports?
How are these differences gendered?
***For the strongest score, situate your findings in relation to Schultz’s arguments in the course text.*

She identifies several ways in which some girls and women are under-representation based on social factors.

In chapter 3, Schultz discusses Title IX. Toward the beginning of the chapter, she notes that “Title IX has not affected all girls and women in the same ways.” She identifies several ways in which some girls and women are under-representation based on social factors. She also introduces the concept of gender equity and how Title IX is needed “until gender equity is uniformly championed, accepted, and achieved.”
Task: After completing the Unit 3 reading, conduct research on Title IX and gender equity in college athletics. Specifically, look through the NCAA Demographics Database (Links to an external site.) to identify evidence that informs your understanding of gender equity in college athletics. Make sure to look at multiple levels (such as leadership, coaching staff, and students) and multiple sports to determine differences related to gender equity. Also consider how race and ethnicity impacts your findings. Make sure to review at least 3 specific sports under the tab “COACH AND STUDENT-ATHLETE DEMOGRAPHICS BY SPORT”
Write a 150-200 words that responds to the following:
Is there evidence that gender equity has or has not been achieved in NCAA athletics?
Is there evidence that race and ethnicity impact disparities in gender equity?
Are there any relevant differences between different sports regarding representation and equity?
***For the strongest score, frame your findings within the context of Schultz’s arguments in the course text

The event itself.

This project/paper incorporates the core concepts learned in this course and demonstrates an understanding of Sports Event Management.
Over the course of these eight weeks you must select a sport event to attend and provide a critical assessment of the event. You must have your event approved by the end of the fourth week of the course. Your write-up of this assignment should be 8-12 pages in length, not including the title or reference page and follow the criteria below.
The purpose of this assignment is to give you the opportunity to visit a sporting event and evaluate the key elements comprising the sport experience based on information from the text and course. Your task is to apply course-related material to a real-world sport event. For this assignment, you are to attend a sporting event and perform an assessment of that event. By analyzing the event you should heighten your understanding of consumers’ reactions to the event and understand how to better manage an event that meets customers’ and sponsors’ needs.
Name of event, date, location, and other descriiptive information (e.g., website address, scanned ticket stub, flyer, other pertinent information that you see fit).
Briefly describe the event and the organization responsible for hosting the event. You should provide a background and historical perspective of the event and venue.
Conduct a detailed SWOT analysis (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats) for the following:
The organization that put on the event.
The event itself.
Describe some of the various stakeholders and their influence on the event.
Explain if there are short term benefits and long term legacies developed by this event.
Describe some of the sponsors of the event and their relationships to the event, community, organizers, etc.
While at the event, observe both the spectators and the event staff. What does the organization do well? What do they do poorly? How effectively did the organization meet customers’ needs? Do they offer what customers want? Are there ways in which the services could be managed or performed more effectively? Report your key observations.
Interview at least three customers/spectators and make note of the demographic characteristics of the people you interview (sex, race, age, etc.). You may not interview people with whom you attended the event. Try to find out what influences a person’s decision to attend the event. What really attracts customers to this event and how are they attracted to the event? Try to find out what influences customers’ overall experiences at the event. What aspects of the event do customers find most/least appealing? What aspects of the event most influence customers’ satisfaction?
Based on your observations and interviews, make some recommendations that seem appropriate for improving the overall event experience. What will keep customers and sponsors satisfied? What will it take to bring them back and encourage others? Base your recommendations on what is in the text and what you found through your interviews and your observations.
If you were to do a post-event evaluation, which method would you use and why?
Tips:
• Decide early on which event you will select.
• Do the assignment from a manager’s perspective rather than a fan’s perspective.
• Summarize your impressions by placing emphasis on the evaluation rather than mere descriiptions.
• Be sure to tie your evaluations to the things that we have learned in class.
